Home Care
Our home care services are available to the elderly and disabled. Our services enable individuals to remain safely in their own home and maintain the highest possible level of independent living. All service recipients are treated with respect and dignity.
Home Care Services Provided:
- Personal Care consisting of:
- Bathing, hair care, skin care & oral hygiene
- Toileting & incontinence care
- Mobility, transferring & positioning
- Feeding, special diet & meal preparation
- Grooming & dressing
- Homemaking consisting of:
- Light housekeeping (dusting, sweeping)
- Grocery shopping, prescription pick-up & errands
- Laundry & linen washing
- Medication reminders
- Accompany to appointments
- Recreational activities and crafts
- Conversation, companionship & respite care
Geriatric Case Management
Geriatric Case Management is available to senior citizens, including long distance care giving for loved ones residing in Stark County. Our goal is to help individuals remain safely independent in their own home as long as possible. All service recipients are treated with respect and dignity.

- Friendly home visits
- Assessment of needs
- Individualized service plans
- Supportive phone calls and business phone calls
- Reviewing and organizing mail
- Insurance forms and applications
- Education and referrals
- Reminders, consultations and advocacy
- Alleviating loneliness
Other Services Provided
- Children's Clothing Fund. Available to eligible families of school-aged children.
- Limited rent or utility assistance.
- Tuition Assistance. Available to residents of Western Stark County for qualified associate degree programs.
- Referral Services. Referral to appropriate agencies for social services and financial assistance.
