About Us
Westark Family Services has been serving the community since 1943. We are nationally accredited by Council on Accreditation and are a United Way Provider Agency. We are also certified by the Ohio Department of Aging.
We are a non-profit organization funded by the United Way of Greater Stark County and by locally administered federal and state funds. Westark Family Services sponsors several fundraising events and also relies on donations from friends of the agency.
Our experienced home care staff includes an RN, LPN, Geriatric Case Manager, Home Care Aides and Licensed Social Worker. Our staff is also licensed, bonded and insured. Our services are available to community members working or residing in Stark County as well as adjoining counties.
